水刺非织造布纤维缠结效果的影响因素及评价方法 被引量:4

摘要 以涤纶短纤维、混纺比为70/30、80/20的涤纶/黏胶短纤维为原料,采用水刺加固工艺制备了水刺非织造布,分析了水刺非织造布水力冲击过程的机理,考察了水刺作用距离、高压水腔压力、水针直径等工艺参数对水刺非织造布纤维缠结效果的影响,并研究了水刺非织造布纤维缠结效果的评价方法。结果表明:提高高压水腔压力,降低水刺作用距离,减小水针直径,以及采用平纹加工形式等可以提高水刺喷射流体的能量,增大纤维网所受到的冲击力,改善水刺非织造布纤维网缠结效果;在水刺作用距离25 mm、高压水腔压力12 MPa、水针直径0.10 mm的工艺条件下制备的涤纶平纹水刺非织布的纤维网缠结效果更好,其纤维强力利用系数为18.80%;与缠结系数法和细化缠结系数法相比,采用纤维强力利用系数法评价水刺非织造布的纤维缠结效果更科学、更准确。 Spunlaced nonwovens were prepared by spunlaced reinforcement process with polyester staple fiber and polyester fiber/viscose staple fiber with blend ratios of 70/30 and 80/20 as raw materials.The mechanism of hydraulic impact process of spunlaced nonwovens was analyzed.The effects of process parameters such as spunlaced action distance,high-pressure water chamber pressure and water needle diameter on fiber entanglement effect of spunlaced nonwovens were investigated.The evaluation method of fiber entanglement effect of spunlaced nonwovens was studied.The results showed that the energy of spunlaced jet fluid can be raised,the impact force on the fiber web can be increased,and the entanglement effect of spunlaced nonwovens can be improved by increasing the pressure of high-pressure water chamber,reducing the spunlaced action distance,decreasing the diameter of water needle,and adopting plain processing method;the fiber web entanglement effect of polyester plain spunlaced nonwovens was better and its fiber strength utilization coefficient was 18.80%under the conditions of 25 mm spunlaced action distance,12 MPa high-pressure water chamber pressure and 0.10 mm water needle diameter;and compared with the entanglement coefficient method and refined entanglement coefficient method,the fiber strength utilization coefficient method was more scientific and accurate in evaluating the fiber entanglement effect of spunlaced nonwovens.
