摘要
采用Coolmax纤维开发吸湿排汗衬衫面料。选择了合适的纤维原料、混纺比、组织结构以及色纱配合。分析了面料在织造工序中的技术要点,并且对其吸湿快干性能进行了测试评价。结果表明,该面料吸湿快干性能符合评价指标技术要求,具有吸湿排汗功能。
Coolmax fiber is used to develop moisture absorption and sweat wicking shirt fabric.The suitable fiber materials and blending ratio,fabric structure and yarn color are selected.The technical points in the weaving process of the fabric are analyzed,and the moisture absorption and quick drying performance of the developed fabric are tested and evaluated.The results show that the moisture absorption and quick drying performance of the fabric can meet the technical requirements of the evaluation index,and has the function of moisture absorption and perspiration.
