棉型吸湿凉爽机织衬衫面料的开发 被引量:3

摘要 用纯棉细号纱线为主原材料,结合莱赛尔、蚕丝、锦纶、改性涤纶Coolmax等纤维,采用特殊组织结构设计及染整工艺,开发了9种棉型吸湿凉爽舒适机织衬衫面料。总结了面料的原料选择、组织结构设计、浆纱织造技术、染色及整理工艺等;测试了各面料的芯吸高度、瞬间接触凉感、透气率等指标。结果表明:开发的面料具有吸湿性好、凉爽、速干等性能。认为:根据原料性能,采取特殊设计和整理是实现吸湿凉爽机织衬衫面料顺利开发的关键。 The cotton fine yarn was used as the main raw material.Special texture design and dyeing&finishing process were adopted combing the fibers of lyocell,silk,polyamide,modified polyester,Coolmax and so on.Nine kinds of cotton moisture absorption cool woven shirt fabrics were developed.The selection of raw material,texture design,sizing woven technology,dyeing &finishing process and so on were summarized.The indexes of the fabric like wicking height,instant contact cool sense,air permeability and so on were tested.The test results showed that the developed fabric had properties like better moisture absorption,cooler sense,quick-dry and so on.It is considered that adopting special design and finishing according to the raw material properties are the key points to achieve successful development of moisture absorption cool woven shirt fabric.
