摘要 在循证医学知识图谱基础上,将循证医学规则引擎和规则流作为技术核心,利用人工智能技术构建了预问诊推理机制,建立了智能预问诊系统,优化了诊疗服务流程,提高了医患沟通效率,有效改善了患者就医体验。在新冠疫情防控期间,智能预问诊系统既保障了院内零感染,又为广大患者提供了优质、便捷、安全的智慧医疗服务,赋能了疫情新常态下的智慧医疗新发展,开创了“互联网+医疗健康”服务新模式。 Based on evidence-based medicine knowledge map,the article used the evidence-based medicine rules engine and rule flow as the core technology,used artificial intelligence technology to build the interrogation reasoning mechanism,and established the intelligent prediagnosis system.The system optimizes the medical service process,improves the efficiency of the doctor-patient communication,effectively improves the patient treatment experience.During the COVID-19 prevention and control period,the intelligent pre-diagnosis system not only ensured nosocome-based infection,but also provided high-quality,convenient and safe smart medical services for patients.It enabled new development of smart medical services under the new normal of the epidemic,and created a new model of“Internet+medical health”service.
