摘要
通过溶剂热法协同氢氟酸刻蚀,制备得到富表面氧空位的Fe-TiO_(2)光催化剂。Fe掺杂到TiO_(2)晶格中,拓宽了TiO_(2)对可见光的吸收;TiO_(2)表面丰富的氧空位协同Fe3+的d轨道为活化氮分子提供大量活性位点,同时抑制了电子-空穴的复合。在温和无牺牲剂条件下,6%Fe-TiO_(2)的光催化固氮率达到94.3µmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1);在可见光光照下,6%Fe-TiO_(2)的氨产量达到45.6µmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1)。
Fe-doped TiO_(2) with rich surface oxygen vacancies was prepared by a facile solvothermal method combined with HF etching.The doping of Fe extends the light absorption range of TiO_(2) from ultraviolet to visible light.The abundant oxygen vacancies on the TiO_(2) surface cooperate with the d orbital of Fe3+to provide a large number of active sites for activating nitrogen molecules,and inhibit the recombination of electrons and holes.In ambient condition,without any sacrificial agent,the ammonia production of 6%Fe-TiO_(2) reaches 94.3µmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),compared to that of pure TiO_(2).In visible light illumination,the ammonia production of 6%Fe-TiO_(2) reaches 45.6µmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1).
