摘要
人工智能正在全方位地改变我们长期以来习以为常的生活方式和生产方式,甚至人的思维、基本概念与场域都在发生着巨大的变化。人机友好与人机冲突两种对立的场域同时存在。人工智能嵌入人类生活,既带来了发展的风险,也带来了发展的机遇,发展风险与发展机遇还具有互变的特性。人机协同是防控人工智能嵌入人类生活带来风险的主要途径,具体路向包括三个方面:以人机协同把握大变局,防控社会存续风险;以人机协同促进多元化,防控社会极化风险;以人机协同推进大繁荣,防控透明社会风险。
Artificial intelligence is altering the way of life and production we have been used to for a long time.Even human thoughts,basic concepts and fields are undergoing tremendous changes.Two opposing fields of manmachine friendship and man-machine conflict exist at the same time.The embedding of artificial intelligence into human life brings not only development risks,but also development opportunities.The risks and opportunities also have the characteristics of mutual change.Man-machine cooperation is the main approach to prevent&control the risks caused by the embedding of artificial intelligence into human life.It includes three aspects:grasp the great changes with man-machine cooperation and prevent&control the social survival risks;man-machine cooperation is used to promote great differentiation and prevent&control the risk of social uni-polarization;promote prosperity with man-machine cooperation and prevent&control transparent social risks.
