摘要
法学本科实践教学模式的创新,离不开媒介融合的发展背景。法学本科实践教学作为法学本科教育环节的重要部分,有必要重视其在教学理论、技术的前瞻性效果,尤其需通过做好课程改革设计,更好地实现教育和实践的真正接轨和融合。本文概述了法学本科实践教学的意义和价值、法学本科实践教学创新模式、法学本科实践教学的挑战与发展方向、法学本科实践教学现状与改革策略,以为法学本科的实践教学提供可行性借鉴。
The innovation of practice teaching mode in law undergraduate course.The development background of media convergence is indispensable.As an important part of law undergraduate education,the practice teaching of law undergraduate course needs to pay attention to its prospective effect in teaching theory and technology,especially through the design of curriculum reform,better realize the real connection and integration of education and practice.This paper outlines the significance and value of practice teaching for law undergraduates,the innovative mode of practice teaching for law undergraduates,the challenge and development direction of practice teaching for law undergraduates,the present situation and reform strategies of practice teaching for law undergraduates,in order to provide a feasible reference for the practice teaching of law undergraduate course.
