摘要
目的探讨在临床护理实习生带教中应用问题导向教学模式(PBL)的临床效果。方法本次研究选取时间跨度为1年,具体时间为2020年5月至2021年5月,将在广州医科大学附属第一医院进行实习的50名临床护理实习生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有实习生分为对照组和试验组,每组25名。对照组男3名,女22名,年龄(20.21±0.34)岁;试验组男2名,女23名,年龄(20.64±0.11)岁。对照组接受常规教学法,试验组接受PBL教学法。比较两组护理实习生在不同模式带教下的实践考核成绩、理论考核成绩、护理带教满意率及思维能力评分。结果试验组护理实习生的实践考核成绩[(94.45±3.09)分比(82.78±2.22)分]、理论考核成绩[(95.29±2.18)分比(89.15±2.39)分]均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.0001)。试验组的教学满意率高于对照组[96.0%(24/25)比72.0%(18/25)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.3571,P=0.0206)。试验组护理实习生的思维能力各项评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.0001)。结论PBL教学法可以显著提高护理实习生出科成绩,带教模式值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical teaching for nursing interns.Methods Fifty clinical nursing interns who had an internship in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group with 25 cases in each group by the random number table method.There were 3 males and 22 females in the control group,with an age of(20.21±0.34)years old;there were 2 males and 23 females in the experimental group,with an age of(20.64±0.11)years old.The control group received routine teaching method,and the experimental group received PBL teaching method.The theoretical score,practical score,teaching satisfaction,and thinking ability score were compared between the two groups under different teaching modes.Results The practical assessment score and theoretical assessment score of the nursing interns in the experimental group were better than those in the control group[(94.45±3.09)points vs.(82.78±2.22)points,(95.29±2.18)points vs.(89.15±2.39)points],with statistically significant differences between the two groups(both P<0.0001).The teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[96.0%(24/25)vs.72.0%(18/25)],with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.3571,P=0.0206).The scores of each item of thinking ability of the nursing interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P<0.0001).Conclusion PBL teaching method can significantly improve the graduation performance in nursing interns,and the teaching mode is worth popularizing.
