摘要
健康管理(health management)这一名词源自国外,在国内提出至今只有短短20余年.2017年健康管理科室进入“复旦医院排行榜专科排名”,使之作为学术体系的独立性开始得到肯定.现今健康管理相关机构在国内已达3.6万家,从业人员200万人.在十四五“健康中国行动”这一大背景下,健康管理作为新兴力量朝气蓬勃,也面临着自诞生以来即无法回避的重检轻管、培训混乱、分级定位不明确等问题.在现行国家政策的鼓励下,各级医疗系统以及社会力量必然会增加对该领域的投资,为避免资源浪费,将健康管理还之于民,有效推动行业发展,本文通过回顾健康管理行业及学术体系在国内外的兴起过程,对健康管理的发展方向进行探讨与展望.
Health management originated from western countries and was introduced to China around 2000.The independence of the health management academic system was widely accepted since it was included in the“ranking of Chinese hospitals by Fudan hospital”in 2017.The health management service system has expanded rapidly and has more than 360,000 centers and two million facilities in China.With the emphasis on“‘Health China Action”in the“14th Five-Year Plan”in 2020,more investments are expected in this area.In this article,we reviewed the history of developing the health management service and academic systems.By analyzing the problems existing in clinical practice,certification of training,and tiered medical systems;furthermore,we proposed several development prospects in health management.
