摘要
近期我国医疗卫生信息化将围绕以“提高全民健康素质”为中心展开,其发展趋势是以医疗和健康信息共享为基础,发展电子健康档案、电子健康管理和远程医学,以满足人民大众的医疗需求,提高医疗质量,降低医疗费用,合理利用医疗资源。重点介绍了医疗卫生信息的共享、电子健康档案、电子健康管理、远程医学及相关技术。
The medical and health informationlization of our nation is now developing round the purpose of enhancing the health quality of the whole people. Its development trend is on the basis of sharing the medical and. health information to develop the electronic health record （EHR） ,electronic health management （EHM） and telemedieine. In this way, people ＇s medical requirements can be well met, the medical quality greatly improved, the medical cost reduced and medical resources property utilized. The article mainly introduces the sharing of medical and health information,EHR, EHM, telemedicine and their relative technologies.
