法律风险融入高职非法律专业法律类课程教学改革探索--以《经济法》课程为例

摘要 近年来,高职院校在专业法律课程建设的理念及理论研究方面有了一定的突破,但是还存在着学校教育与学生需求不相适应、与社会现实需求不相匹配等诸多问题。法律风险教育与一般法律教育有些许不同,有着自身的特点和优势,借助新媒体技术将法律风险融入高职院校非法律专业法律类课程教学,对于提高人才培养质量和学生就业能力具有重要意义。 In recent years,colleges and universities have made some breakthroughs in the concept and theoretical research on the construction of specialized legal courses,but there are still many problems such as the incompatibility between school education and students'needs,and the mismatch between school education and social reality.There are some differences between legal risk education and general legal education,which have their own characteristics and advantages.It is of great significance to improve the quality of personnel training and students'employability to integrate legal risk into the teaching of legal courses for non-legal majors in colleges and universities with the help of new media technology.
