摘要
性功能是女性生活质量的重要组成部分,对女性的家庭、社会关系和心身健康均起到关键作用。女性性功能障碍(FSD)受生理、心理、社会等综合因素的影响,其中性激素对FSD的调节起重要且积极的作用。绝经女性FSD比例的明显升高与女性体内雌激素水平的降低有关。近年来,雄激素在FSD中的调节作用成为人们关注的焦点。但雄激素是FSD的独立影响因素还是与雌激素发挥协同作用目前尚不清楚。为了更好地提高围绝经期和绝经后女性的生活质量,在女性性激素水平变化和激素替代治疗与FSD的关系上还需要进行更多高质量的研究,以为临床提供可靠依据。
Sexual function is an important part of quality of life of each woman,which plays a key role in women′s family,social relations and psychosomatic health.Female sexual dysfunctions(FSD)is related to several biological,psychological,and social factors,among which sex hormones play an important and positive role in FSD.The significant increase of FSD in postmenopausal women is related to the decrease of estrogen level in women.In recent years,the regulation of androgen in FSD has become the focus of attention.However,it is unclear whether androgen is an independent influencing factor of FSD or plays a synergistic role with estrogen.In order to better improve the quality of life of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women,more high-quality studies are needed on the changes of female sex hormone levels and the relationship between hormone replacement therapy and FSD,so as to provide a reliable basis for the clinical practice.
