摘要
目的了解我国居民健康期望寿命研究现况。方法系统检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、PubMed数据库,搜集中国居民健康期望寿命原始研究,摘录文献基本信息、概括汇总健康定义相关量表、健康期望寿命测算方法、健康期望寿命总体研究概况、分性别和城乡研究结果。结果最终纳入62篇研究(中文56篇,英文6篇),研究涉及全国17个省(自治区、直辖市),以全国性研究居多(19篇,30.65%),其次为北京市(7篇)、上海市(7篇),浙江省(6篇)和江苏省(6篇)的研究。从人群分布来看,研究主要集中在50岁以上人群(36篇,58.06%)。主要涉及6种健康量表,最常用的为日常生活自理能力量表(30篇),其次为欧洲五维度健康量表(8篇)。大部分研究的男性健康期望寿命小于女性,城市人群的健康期望寿命大于农村人群。结论中国居民健康期望寿命研究存在地区差异,且可比性受限。需建立健康概念和测量的统一标准,以增强不同地区的横向比较以及同一地区不同时间点的纵向可比性。
Objective To systematically review the studies of healthy life expectancy in China.Methods Based on CNKI,Wanfang and PubMed database,related articles on healthy life expectancy of Chinese residents were systematically retrieved.We extracted the basic information from the literature,summarized the related instruments of health definitions and the methods of measring healthy life expectancy,synthesized the overall research situation of healthy life expectancy and the research results by gender and urban-rural areas.Results A total of 62 studies(56 in Chinese and 6 in English)were included,involving 17 provinces,mainly were national studies(19 studies,accounting for 30.65%),followed by studies in Beijing(7 studies),Shanghai(7 studies),Zhejiang(6 studies)and Jiangsu provinces(6 studies).From the perspective of population distribution,the research mainly focused on people over 50 years old(36 studies,accounting for 58.06%).Six health related scales are mainly involved,the most commonly used were Activities of Daily Life(30 studies),followed by the EuroQol Five-dimensional Questionnaire(8 studies).For most of the studies,the healthy life expectancy of men were lower than that of women,and the healthy life expectancy of urban residents were higher than that of rural residents.Conclusions Studies on healthy life expectancy for Chinese residents had regional differences and poor comparability.Unified standard for health concept and measurement need to be established to enhance the horizontal comparison of different regions and the longitudinal comparability of the same region at different time points.
