摘要
目的研究酢浆草(Oxalis corniculata L.)的化学成分。方法酢浆草药材采用体积分数75%乙醇提取,用D101大孔树脂柱色谱、反复硅胶柱色谱、Toyopearl HW-40F、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等色谱技术进行分离,运用MS、NMR技术进行结构鉴定。结果从酢浆草中分离得到23个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十八烷醇(1)、正三十烷醇(2)、trans-4-hydroxy-2-nonenoic acid(3)、棕榈酸(4)、胸腺嘧啶(5)、(2S,3S,4R)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxy-tetracosanoylamino]-1,3,4-octadecanetriol(6)、6,7,10-3羟基-8-十八烯酸(7)、没食子酸乙酯(8)、香草酸(9)、丁香酸(10)、methyl-3-hydroxy-5-(p-hydroxyphenyl)pentanoate(11)、原儿茶酸(12)、cucumegastigmaneⅠ(13)、槲皮素(14)、leptolepisol D(15)、牡荆素(16)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(17)、斯皮诺素(18)、2″-O-xylosylswertisin(19)、staphylionoside D(20)、L-鼠李糖(21)、arabitol(22)和芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(23)。结论化合物2、3、5~7、10~13、15、17~22为首次从酢浆草属植物中分离得到,化合物9、16为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from Oxalis corniculata L..METHODS Chemical constituents were isolated by using a combination of various chromatographic techniques including D101 macroporous adsorptive resins,silica gel,Toyopearl HW-40F,Sephadex LH-20 and other methods from the 75%ethanol extract of Oxalis corniculata L..Their structures were elucidated by MS and NMR.RESULTS Twenty-three compounds were isolated and identified as octacosanol(1),n-triacontanol(2),trans-4-hydroxy-2-nonenoic acid(3),palmitic acid(4),thymine(5),(2S,3S,4R)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-1,3,4-octadecanetriol(6),6,7,10-trihydroxy-8-octadecenoic acid(7),ethyl gallate(8),vanillic acid(9),syringic acid(10),methyl-3-hydroxy-5-(phydroxyphenyl)pentanoate(11),protocatechuic acid(12),cucumegastigmaneⅠ(13),quercetin(14),leptolepisol D(15),vitexin(16),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(17),spinosyn(18),2″-O-xylosylswertisin(19),staphylionoside D(20),L-rhamnose(21),arabitol(22),and apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(23).CONCLUSION Compounds 2,3,5-7,10-13,15,and 17-22 are isolated from Oxalis genus for the first time,and compounds 9 and 16 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
