摘要
考虑到信息技术产业对推动地区工业增长与制造业转型升级有显著影响,本研究实证分析了信息技术企业各类研发投入及强度对其产出绩效影响,并考查了其研发活动对其产业发展与地区工业增长之间的联动效应。结果表明:(1)地区信息技术企业和机构研发总投入的增加,对信息技术产业的绩效增长有明显正向效应,但却和地区工业增长呈现出一定程度的负相关关系;(2)单纯提高地区信息技术产业的研发投入强度在一定程度上会对其产业本身的收入及利润增长产生抑制作用,但却有力地推动了地区工业增长。中国信息技术企业的自主研发存在明显的"自利性"倾向,侧重关注自身绩效增长为导向的研发活动,并没有发挥出其产业发展与地区工业增长的正向联动效应。为此,信息技术企业应结合地区工业发展水准合理安排研发,注重地区间的研发合作及成果共享,并着力于提升服务制造业的能力,进而充分发挥与工业增长的联动效应。
In consideration of information-technology industry’s significant impact on promoting the regional industrial growth and the upgrading of manufacture, this study made an empirical analysis of the linkage effect between information technology industry development and industrial growth based on input and the intensity of R & D investment.The results show that:(1) The increase in total R&D investment of regional IT enterprises and institutions has obvious positive effect on the performance growth of information technology industry, however, it has a negative correlation with regional industry growth to a certain extent;(2) Simply improving the R&D investment intensity of regional information technology industry, it will restrain the income and profit growth of the industry itself to a certain extent, but it will vigorously promote the regional industrial growth. The independent R & D of China’s information technology enterprises has obvious "self-interest" tendency, and the R & D activities focusing on performance growth do not play a positive linkage effect between their self-development and regional industrial growth. Therefore, the development of information technology industry should focus on improving the ability to serve local manufacturing industry in line with industrial development level and make better linkage effect with regional industrial growth.
