摘要
高钢级管道的环焊缝异常逐渐成为管道运营商高度关注的管道风险因素。利用已验证的环焊缝射线结果数据和管道漏磁内检测数据进行关联分析,得出风险因素分析方法。风险因素分析方法初步确定为一种分析漏磁内检测数据中环焊缝异常,并结合分析环焊缝上下游管节特性(现场管道短节、壁厚变化等)的分析方法。为验证分析方法的效率和效果,针对筛选处的严重环焊缝实施开挖验证。实例应用结果表明:环焊缝异常风险分析方法有效选定了高风险焊缝(环焊缝射线不合格的3级和4级)。在建立更大的数据基础之上,可将该方法确立为一种排查环焊缝异常的新方法。
The girth welds’anomaly in high-grade steel pipes becomes a risk factor that pipeline operators concern.Based on the verified radiographic data of the girth welds and pipeline magnetic flux leakage(MFL)data,correlation analysis was carried out to obtain risk factor analysis method which has MFL inspection combined with IR inspection,in which,the MFL inspection analyzes the anomalies of the girth welds in internal test data,the characteristics of the upstream and downstream pipe joints of the girth welds(field pipe short-joints,wall thickness changes,etc.).In order to verify the efficiency and effect of this analysis method,the excavation verification was carried out for severe girth welds at the screening site.The application results show that,the method of abnormal risk analysis of the girth welds can effectively find high risk welds(Grade 3 and Grade 4 of unqualified girth welds).On the basis of establishing a larger data base,it can be determined as a new method to detect the abnormal girth welds.
