摘要
总结多个粉煤加压气化工程总承包项目经验,阐述自技术协议签订直至设备单体试车的全过程。作为设计院设备生产管理的整套流程质量体系——可集约、高效且全流程化的保障单体设备的生产进度和质量,对于项目的工期完成、顺利开车及稳定运行都具有极为重要的意义。
The experiences from the EPC project of pulverized coal pressurized gasification were summarized,and the process from signing technical agreements to both commissioning and testing of single equipment was expounded.The whole-process system for design institute to manage equipment and production quality can maintain both the production and quality of the single equipment effectively and it has significance for project schedule,commissioning and stable operation.
