摘要
近年来,河北省成人高校招生工作面临着报名规模持续增加、生源分布失衡加重、专业贴合市场不强等现实挑战。通过分析其深层次原因和制约因素,从多元化招生政策供给、动态化管理机制构建、信息化保障措施配套等方面,提出我省成人高校招生质量提升路径选择。
In recent years,the enrollment of adult colleges and universities in Hebei province is facing various practical challenges including the continuous expansion of enrollment scale,the deterioration of imbalance in the distribution of student pool,and the poor performance of majors in satisfying the demand of the market.On the basis of analyzing the underlying problems and constraints,the paper raises alternative approaches for Hebei provice to upgrade the enrolled students’quality in the adult colleges from aspects of diversified enrollment policy,dynamic management mechanism development and information-oriented guarantee measures.
