摘要
大力发展成人职业教育是培养更多技能型工匠型人才的重要保障,当前终身教育理念已经成为深入人心的教育方式。终身教育理念的核心是构建更加灵活且有个性化的教育服务体系。可见终身教育理念与成人职业教育发展有着趋同性,突出全过程学习的特性。然而在深化职业教育改革背景下,成人职业院校构建终身教育体系发展过程中遇到诸多困境,需要以终身教育理念为依托,构建符合开放教育时代特征的成人职业教育体系。
Vigorously developing adult vocational education is an important guarantee to train more skilled craftsman talents.At present,the concept of lifelong education has become a popular education method.The core of lifelong education concept is to build a more equitable,flexible and personalized education service system.It can be seen that the concept of lifelong education and the development of adult vocational education are essentially similar,highlighting the characteristics of the whole process of learning.However,under the background of deepening vocational education reform,adult vocational colleges encounter many difficulties in the process of constructing lifelong education system.Therefore,it is necessary to build an adult vocational education system based on the concept of lifelong education in accordance with the characteristics of open education era.
