摘要
与西方世界的其他国家相比,澳大利亚的高等教育起步较晚但发展迅速。在澳大利亚高等教育现代化发展的每个阶段,政府的教育政策、大学的发展变革以及社会政治经济因素等都是不可缺失的重要内容。教育理念、教育制度及政府角色是澳大利亚高等教育现代化的三个突出特点,并基于此提出对我国高等教育现代化发展的思考。
Compared to the other countries in the Western world,Australia’s higher education started late but developed rapidly. In just over a hundred years,higher education in Australia has made remarkable achievements. In each stage of the modernization of Australian higher education,the government’s education policy,university development and reform,as well as socio-political and economic factors are all indispensable and important contents. Educational concept,educational system and government role are the three prominent characteristics of higher education modernization in Australia. Based on this analysis the paper puts forward some thoughts on the modernization of higher education in China.
