摘要
针对I010101上顺槽掘进工作面过DF1断层掘进、支护困难问题,基于高预应力强力支护理论提出使用多种类锚索配合的巷道顶帮全锚索支护方案,并进行工程应用。对巷道表面位移、顶板离层、锚索受力及巷道断面收缩率和破坏状况等进行监测,发现破碎围岩受力强度明显提高、巷道断面变形量得到有效控制,表明全锚索支护方案能够有效改善断层构造对巷道掘进带来的不利影响。
Aiming at the difficulty of tunneling and supporting in the I010101 upper channel driving face passing through the DF1 fault,based on the theory of high pre-stress and strong support,a full-anchor-cable support scheme for the roof of the roadway using various types of anchors is proposed and applied in engineering.Monitoring the roadway surface displacement,roof separation,anchor cable force,roadway section shrinkage rate and failure status,etc.,found that the strength of the broken surrounding rock was significantly improved,and the roadway section deformation was effectively controlled,indicating the full anchor cable support scheme It can effectively improve the adverse effects of fault structure on roadway excavation.
