摘要 针对集团公司首台煤矿用全断面TBM掘进机(盾构机)--“振兴一号”在井下掘进过程中支护效率低,严重制约生产的问题,我单位组织技术骨干进行了现场攻关,发现导致盾构机掘进过程支护效率低的主要影响因素为:员工操作行为不规范和盾构机支护系统缺陷。为此,我们通过采取加强员工培训、规范操作行为;对盾构机支护系统进行了重新设计并改造等措施,最终彻底解决了盾构机在掘进过程中支护效率低的难题,并且实现了全岩断面26.4 m^(2)最高日进20 m的成绩。 In view of the low support efficiency of Zhenxing No.1,the first full face TBM(shield machine)used in coal mine of the group company,in the process of underground excavation,the supporting efficiency of"Zhenxing No.1"was seriously restricted.Our company organized technical backbone to carry out field research,and found that the main influencing factors leading to the low support efficiency of shield machine driving process were:staff's non-standard operation behavior and shield machine support system defects。Therefore,we take measures such as strengthening staff training,standardizing operation behavior,redesigning and reforming the shield machine support system,and finally solve the problem of low support efficiency of shield machine in the process of tunneling,and achieve a good result of the whole rock section of 26.4 m^(2),with a maximum daily advance of 20 m,which has great popularization and application value.
