摘要
依据JJG133-2016《汽车油罐车容量检定规程》,对汽车油罐车容量的标定数据进行数据处理和容量计量表编制。详细介绍了汽车油罐车75%以下和75%以上标称容量值的计算方法,分别应用分段线性插值算法和三次均匀B样条插值算法对标定点数据进行计算。对JJG133-2016规程中容量表“空高”和“实高”概念及两种算法的计算偏差程度提出修改建议,并针对汽车油罐车的容积计量开发出上位机计量软件,计算出两种算法的容量计量表数据,进行曲线绘制和偏差值比较。经测试比较,汽车油罐车检定软件具有良好的交互功能,有效地提高了现场计量检定效率和操作可靠性,达到了预期的设计效果。
According to JJG133-2016 Verification Regulation of Automobile Oil Tank Truck Capacity,data processing and capacity meter compilation of the calibration data of automobile oil tank truck capacity are carried out.This paper introduces in detail the calculation method of the nominal capacity of the tank car below 75%and above 75%.The piecewise-linear interpolation algorithm and cubic uniform B-spline interpolation algorithm are used to calculate the standard point data respectively.The concept of“empty height”and“real height”of capacity table in JJG133-2016 regulation and the degree of calculation deviation of the two algorithms are proposed to modify,and the upper computer measurement software is developed for the volume measurement of automobile tank car,and the capacity meter data of the two algorithms are calculated,and the curve drawing and deviation value comparison are carried out.Through the test and comparison,the software has good interactive function,which effectively improves the efficiency and operation reliability of on-site metrology verification,and achieves the expected design effect.
