摘要 介绍了应用远端IO和Modbus网关实现多个压力仪表的同步出厂标定和产品测试,研究了远端IO模块的硬件构成、指示灯含义、连接方式及配置过程和Modbus网关的多主机访问方式。通过集成远端IO基座和扩展数字量板卡和模拟量板卡,实现压力变送器的输出电流出厂标定和产品测试及压力开关的阈值标定设定和产品测试。应用Modbus网关解决了单台RS485从机无法被多台主机访问的问题,实现了压力仪表标定测试的冗余记录功能。经应用测试,所研发的压力仪表综合标定测试系统具有良好的显示界面,方便用户进行交互式设置,实时数据读取,可以稳定可靠地实现压力仪表批量标定,实现生产自动化,减少了现场计量的劳动强度,同时保证了测试的准确性。 This paper introduces the application of remote IO and Modbus gateway to realize the simultaneous factory calibration and product testing of multiple pressure gauges.The hardware structure of remote IO module,the meaning of indicator light,the connection mode and configuration process,and the multi-host access mode of Modbus gateway are studied.By integrating remote IO base and extended digital and analog measuring boards,the factory calibration and product testing of output current of pressure transmitter and the threshold calibration and product testing of pressure switch are realized.Modbus gateway is used to solve the problem that a single RS485 slave can’t be accessed by multiple hosts,and the redundant recording function of pressure instrument calibration test is realized.Comprehensive test the application,the research and development of pressure gauge calibration test system has a good display interface,convenient using interactive user Settings,real-time data read,batch calibration can be stable and reliable pressure gauge,realize the production automation,reduce the labor intensity of the field measurement,at the same time ensures the accuracy of the test.
