摘要
以习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议讲话精神为指导,高校思想政治工作在守正创新中改进和加强,取得了政策环境优化、队伍建设有力、制度保障完善、工作方式创新等新进展。基于理论和实践的发展,高校思想政治工作规律形成了新共识,主要表现在牢牢把握立德树人的根本任务,更加注重理论与实践的创新融合,坚持畅通课堂教育主渠道,更加注重以文化人以文育人,更加注重质量评价等方面。面对新时代的新任务,高校思想政治工作要始终坚持党对思想政治工作的全面领导,着力破解思想政治工作中的瓶颈和难题,深化思想政治工作以文化人的价值导向,进一步形成合力育人、协同育人的工作格局,深入推进新时代高校思想政治工作的守正创新。
Guided by general secretary Xi Jinping s speech at the national conference on ideological and political work in universities,the ideological and political work in colleges and universities has been improved and strengthened in the process of keeping the integrity and innovation.It has made new progress in policy environment optimization,effective team building,system guarantees improvement and working methods diversity.Based on the development of theory and practice,the law of ideological and political work in universities has formed a new consensus,which is mainly reflected in firmly grasping the fundamental task of moral education,paying more attention to the innovation and integration of theory and practice,insisting on unblocking the main channel of classroom education,paying more attention to educating people with culture and quality evaluation and so on.In the face of new tasks in the new era,the ideological and political work in universities should always adhere to the Party s overall leadership over the ideological and political work,strive to solve the bottlenecks and problems in the ideological and political work,deepen the value orientation of educating people with culture in the ideological and political work,further form the work pattern of joint education and collaborative education,so as to further promote the integrity and innovation of the ideological and political work in universities in the new era.
