摘要
以西汉文物西汉“虎钮五铢纹铜錞于”为例,基于其形状结构、色彩结构、历史文化等信息特征,利用显微摄影、堆叠摄影和高精度三维数据测量等技术,开展文物数字化信息采集、建模、复制研究,探索3D打印文物复制技术。通过设计3D打印工艺方法对文物高精度复制品的制作工艺进行研究,完成西汉文物“虎钮五铢纹铜錞于”高精度复制,形成一套先进、有效的文物数字化复制技术。
Taking the West Han cultural relics of the West Han"The Fu Niu Copper Chun Yu with Wu Zhu Lines Copper"as an example,based on its shape structure,color structure,historical culture and other information features,the technologies of microphotography,stacking photography and high-precision 3D data measurement was used to carry out the research on collection,modeling and reproduction of digital information of cultural relics,exploring the technology of 3D-printed copy of cultural relics.Researched on the manufacturing process of high-precision reproductions of cultural relics by designing 3D printing methods,the West Han cultural relics of"The Fu Niu Copper Chun Yu with Wu Zhu Lines Copper"was accurately copied,which formed a set of advanced and effective digital reproduction technologies for cultural relics.
