摘要
目的:观察吸烟对种植体周围炎患者龈沟液(peri-implant sulcus fluid, PISF)中基质金属蛋白酶-8(matrix metalloproteinase-8,MMP-8)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响。方法:将2017年7月~2020年6月我科收治的种植体周围炎患者40例分为两组,吸烟组20例(种植体23颗),不吸烟组20例(种植体22颗)。检测分析改良菌斑指数(modified plaque index, mPI)、改良牙龈出血指数(modified sulcus bleeding indexm, mSBI)、植体周探诊深度(peri-implant probing depth, PPD)及边缘骨吸收(crestal bone loss, CBL)指标。使用滤纸条提取种植体龈沟液并计算其体积,采用ELISA法检测龈沟液中MMP-8和MMP-9水平并进行统计学分析。结果:吸烟组PPD和CBL值均大于不吸烟组(P<0.05),mSBI值小于不吸烟组(P<0.05)。吸烟组龈沟液体积(P<0.05),龈沟液中MMP-8和MMP-9水平均高于不吸烟组(P<0.05)。结论:吸烟可导致种植体周围炎龈沟液中MMP-8和MMP-9水平的高表达。
Objective:To investigate the effect of smoking on matrix metalloproteinase-8(MMP-8)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in peri-implant sulcus fluid(PISF)of patients with peri-implantitis.Methods:Forty patients with peri-implantitis were enrolled, that the smoking group(20 patients with 23 implants)and never-somking group(20 patients with 22 implants).Modified plaque index(mPI),modified sulcus bleeding index(mSBI),peri-implant probing depth(PPD)and crestal bone loss(CBL)were measured.PISF samples were collected by paper strips and the collected PISF volume was determined.Levels of MMP-8 and MMP-9 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and statistical analyzed.Results:The mean total PPD and peri-implant CBLwas statistically significantly higher around implants affected by peri-implantitis in smoking group compared with never-somking group(P<0.05).But the mSBI in the smoking group less than the never-somking group(P<0.05).The PISF volume collected and levels of MMP-8,MMP-9 were statistically significantly higher in smoking group compared with never-smoking group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Smoking can lead to increased expression of MMP-8 and MMP-9 in PISF of peri-implantitis.
