摘要
试验旨在建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定特殊医学用途配方食品中钼含量的分析方法。考察微波、湿法、干法3种消解方式对方法的适用性,探讨仪器升温程序、基体改进剂等关键检测条件,并对方法进行方法学验证。结果表明,钼元素在5~40μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法定量限为0.05 mg/kg,在0.05, 0.10和0.20 mg/kg这3个加标水平下,回收率为95.6%~98.0%, 7次重复测定精密度为3.34%。该试验方法操作简便,灵敏度和精密度均满足特殊医学用途配方食品中钼含量的分析需求。
A method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established for the determination of molybdenum in formula food for special medical use.The applicability of microwave digestion,wet digestion and dry digestion to the method were investigated.The pre-treatment condition,instrument heating program,matrix improver and other detection conditions were discussed,and the method was verified by methodological verification.The results showed that the linear relationship of the molybdenum was good in the range of 5-40 μg/L,and the detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg.At the three spiked levels of 0.05,0.10 and 0.20 mg/kg,the recovery was between 95.6% and 98.0%.The precision of 7 repeated determinations was 3.34%.The method is simple to operate,and the sensitivity and precision can meet the requirement of molybdenum content analysis in formula food for special medical use.
