摘要
秸秆材料具有优良的保温隔热性能,以秸秆建房受到越来越多的关注。在我国北方多个地区拥有示范项目,但国内草砖建房技术起步较晚。通过分析秸秆草砖房应用现状,发现其存在建造工艺差、标准化低的问题。尝试以OSB板作为草砖限定构件,以工业化理念作为指导思想,设计出一种装配式秸秆复合板模块农宅体系,并应用于北京大兴一实验乡居。对模块农宅墙体、基础、门窗、屋顶等关键节点进行设计总结,对实验乡居节能性进行实验模拟,丰富了秸秆材料在我国农宅中的实践应用研究。
Due to the excellent thermal insulation of straw materials,building houses with straw has attracted more and more attention.There are demonstration projects in many areas in northern China.However,domestic straw-brick technology started late.The application status show that it has the problems of poor construction technology and low standardization.OSB board is used as the straw-brick limiting component with the industrialization concept as the guiding ideology to design a prefabricated straw composite board module for farm house system,utilizing in an experimental farm house in Daxing,Beijing.Key nodes such as wall,foundation,doors and windows,roof,etc.of modularized farm house are analyzed and summarized on design features.The energy-saving performance of the experimental farm houses is simulated,enriching the practical application research of straw materials in farm houses in China.
