摘要
目的探讨医教协同背景下呼吸与危重症医学科(Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine,PCCM)“5+3+X”学员带教模式与效果评价。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2017—2020级PCCM专培学员共16人作为研究对象,2017—2018级PCCM专培学员(对照组)以传统模式带教;2019—2020级PCCM专培学员(观察组)以教师队伍建设为突破口,强化导师制带教模式,不断加强教学资源建设和教学方法改革,重视过程管理与考核,注重临床技能培训和临床思维训练的综合模式带教。结果PCCM专培学员观察组在轮转出科理论考试和教学效果方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。期待在国家结业考试中观察组会取得更好的成绩。结论强教师队伍建设,强化过程管理与考核,构建医教协同背景下PCCM“5+3+X”学员带教模式是可行的,只有这样才能不断提高PCCM“5+3+X”学员的培养质量。
Objective To explore the teaching mode of“5+3+X”in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine(PCCM)for students under the background of medical education collaborationand its effect evaluation.Methods A total of 16 trainees of grade 2017—2020 in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine of the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups.The PCCM training students of grade 2017-2018(control group)were taught in the traditional mode,while the PCCM training students of grade 2019—2020(observation group)were taught in the comprehensive mode of strengthening the tutorial system teaching mode,constantly strengthening the construction of teaching resources and the reform of teaching methods,paying attention to process management and examination,and paying attention to clinical skills training and clinical thinking training.Results The PCCM students of observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of theoretical examination and teaching effect(P<0.05).We also expect that the observation group will get better results in the national final examination.Conclusions It is feasible toconstruct the teaching mode of PCCM“5+3+X”special training students under the background of medical education cooperation by strengthen the construction of teachers,strengthen the process management and assessment.Only in this way can we continuously improve the training quality of PCCM“5+3+X”special training students.
