全科医生-专科医生联合教学查房在全科医生规范化培养中的运用 被引量:27

摘要 自2006年开始,为提高年轻全科医生的专业能力、训练其全科思维方法,首都医科大学附属复兴医院月坛社区卫生服务中心创建了一种新的培训方法——全科医生与专科医生联合教学查房,方法是在临床培训基地——复兴医院某一专科住院患者中选择典型患者,所患疾病一般为该科常见病、多发病,而全科医生能够在这些疾病的预防、早期发现和初步处理、转诊及专科治疗后的长期社区管理等问题上发挥主要作用,由该专科主任医师与社区全科主任医师联合查房,就该患者的相关问题展开讨论。这种模式开展6年以来,先后进行了33次,查房科室包括心内科、内分泌科、呼吸科、消化科、神经内科、肿瘤科、妇产科等,随着全科医生工作内容的丰富,查房科室也将逐步向其他科室如普外科、骨科等扩展,培训效果显著。 Since 2006,in order to improve the young general practitioners' s professional ability and help them develop a way of general thinking method,Yuetan Community Health Service Center of Fuxing Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University created a new training method-teaching together with ward-inspection by general practitioners and specialists. The method was as follows: the in-patients who were typical of the common and frequently occurring diseases in the clinical training base of Fuxing Hospital were chosen from the in-patients of special departments,of which general practitioners could play a major role in the early detection of the prevention,preliminary treatment and referral as well as long-term community management after treatment in the special department hospital and so on,then jointing rounds were held by the specialist physician and general practitioner to open discussions on the related problems of the patients. This model has been carried out for 6 years,during which we have made 33 rounds,including departments of cardiology,endocrinology,respiration,gastroenterology,neurological,oncology,obstetrics and gynecology,and with the perfection of general practitioners' s work,we held joint rounds in other departments such as general surgery,orthopedics and extension. Research result shows that this training mode has significant effects.
