摘要
天然气往复压缩机在天然气的开采、运输和工艺反应过程中都发挥着重要的作用。天然气往复压缩机无级流量调节系统执行机构是系统的关键。首先构建包含液压力、弹簧刚度、运动位移、气体力等多参数的执行机构工作模型,分析冲击速度与液压力、弹簧刚度、气体力的关系,并构建了往复压缩机工作循环CFD模型,研究不同回流间隙下气体力、负荷偏差特性。基于执行机构工作模型及压缩机CFD模型,开展了无级气量调控系统执行机构工作状态分析研究,掌握了不同参数之间的关联影响特性,提出了一种执行机构多参数设计流程,为执行机构的优化设计奠定理论基础。
Natural gas reciprocating compressor plays an important role in natural gas exploitation,transportation and process reaction.The actuator with the stepless capacity regulating system of reciprocating compressor is the key of the system.The working model of the actuator containing multiple parameters such as hydraulic force,spring stiffness,motion displacement and gas force was first constructed to analyze the relationship between impact velocity and hydraulic pressure and between spring stiffness and gas force,and the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)model of reciprocating compressor was built to study the characteristics of gas force and load deviation under different backflow clearance.Based on the operating model of the actuator and the CFD model of compressor,the working state analysis of the actuator with the stepless capacity control system was carried out,and a multiparameter design process of the actuator was proposed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the optimal design of the actuator.
