摘要
于水温(24±0.2)℃、DO(7.30±0.01)mg·L^(-1)条件下,以体长(1.932±0.204)cm、体质量(1.386±0.055)g的棘胸蛙蝌蚪为实验对象,设置pH 5.5、6.5、7.0、7.5、8.5和9.5等6个梯度组,研究了pH急性胁迫对棘胸蛙蝌蚪行为、尾部皮肤色差及耗氧率、排氨率和窒息点的影响。结果表明:(1)就分布格局、集群行为、需氧压力和移动频率观,棘胸蛙蝌蚪偏好弱碱性环境,适宜范围为7.5~8.5;(2)尾部皮肤L值呈酸性环境>中性环境>碱性环境(P<0.05),对环境pH具指示作用,以pH 8.5时最低(P<0.05);(3)所设pH范围内的OR和NR均呈夜均>昼均(P<0.05),与pH 5.5~7.0范围内实验组时段OR和NR间相似性最低的分别为pH 7.5和8.5实验组,时段及夜均、昼均和日均OR均会因pH偏离7.5~8.5而出现有不同程度的下降,夜均、昼均和日均NR也均会因pH由碱性转为酸性而出现一定程度的下降;(4)诸实验组中,昼均、夜均和日均O∶N值均以pH 5.5实验组最小(P<0.05),仅pH 7.5实验组的昼均、夜均和日均O∶N值均不低于其它实验组,唯pH 7.5~8.5范围内的O∶N值具昼夜差异(P<0.05)。(5)窒息点水中含氧量随pH上升呈先降后升走势,于pH 7.5达到谷底(P<0.05),其中pH 8.5实验组仅与pH 7.0实验组无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Under the conditions of water temperature(24±0.2)℃and DO(7.30±0.01)mg·L^(-1),Quasipaa spinosa tadpoles with body-length of(1.932±0.204)cm and body-weight of(1.386±0.055)g were used as the experimental animal.In 6 gradient groups including pH 5.5,6.5,7,7.5,8.5,and 9.5,the effects of acute pH stress on the tadpoles behavior,tail skin color difference,oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate and suffocation point were studied.The results showed that:(1)Regarding the distribution status,collective behavior,aerobic pressure,and movement frequency,the tadpoles preferred a weakly alkaline environment with a suitable range of 7.5-8.5;(2)The L value of the tail skin presented acidic environment>neutral environment>alkaline environment(P<0.05),and the lowest at pH 8.5(P<0.05),which can be used as an indicator of the environmental pH;(3)OR and NR within the present pH range both presented night average value>day average value(P<0.05),and the lowest similarity between OR and NR of the experimental group in the pH range of 5.5-7.0 were the pH 7.5 and 8.5 groups.Each period and day,night,and daily average OR would appear different degrees of decline when pH deviated from 7.5 to 8.5.The night,day,and daily average NR also decreased to a certain extent due to the change of pH from alkaline to acid;(4)The night,day,and daily average O:N values all showed the minimum value when pH=5.5(P<0.05).Only the pH 7.5 experimental group of the three average O:N values not lower than those of the other experimental groups.The O:N value only in the range of pH 7.5-8.5 showed a difference between day and night(P<0.05).(5)The oxygen content in water at the suffocation point decreased first and then increased as the pH value increased,reaching the bottom at pH 7.5(P<0.05),and the pH 8.5 experimental group was only not significantly different from the pH 7.0 experimental group(P>0.05).
