摘要
随着新能源与并网技术的快速发展,混合能源动力在轨道交通机车车辆中的应用前景越来越广阔。多种混合动力单元的协同工作需要进行详细设计与调试。此处提出一种混合动力试验平台设计方案,适用于内燃机、动力电池、燃料电池、超级电容等多种动力形式的混合动力系统,并实现了对混合动力系统进行拓扑、策略验证及测试,完成各子系统间的地面联调,为机车车辆的上车测试打好基础。同时还引进了地面储能系统,通过削峰填谷实现供配电的扩容。以中车大同的调车机车混合动力试验平台为基础,给出了详细的设计方案,为今后同类型试验平台提供了参考。
With the fast development of new energy and grid-connected technology,the hybrid power energy has more potential in the application of railway transit locomotives.The collaborative work of multiple hybrid power units needs to be designed and tested in detail.A design scheme for hybrid power testing platform is proposed.It is suitable for the hybrid power systems including internal combustion engine,power battery,fuel cells,supercapacitors through different combinations.It supports the hybrid power system topology,the verification of implementation strategy,validation of experiments and the ground testing between each subsystem,which laid the foundation for the rolling stock on test.The ground energy storage system is also introduced which can realize the expansion of power supply through peak load cutting.Based on the hybrid power testing platform of shunting locomotive of CRRC Datong Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd.,the design scheme is presented in detail and a reference for similar testing platforms in the future is provided.
