逐渐降温对雄性三线仓鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of gradually cold stress on immune function in male Djungarian hamsters

摘要 环境温度是影响动物免疫能力的重要因素.为了解低温如何影响动物的免疫功能,我们将18只成年雄性三线仓鼠(Phodopus sungoris)随机分为常温组(n=10,20±1℃)和低温组(n=8),低温处理采用逐渐降温的方式.通过植物血球凝集素(Phytohaemagglutinin,PHA)反应来指示细胞免疫功能.结果发现,与常温组相比,低温降低了三线仓鼠的体重和体脂,但增加了肾脏鲜重、结肠及其内容物的重量.低温抑制了三线仓鼠的PHA反应,但对脾脏和胸腺鲜重、白细胞数均没有显著影响.三线仓鼠不同免疫成分对低温的响应不同,低温对细胞免疫能力的抑制,可能暗示低温条件下动物清除细胞内病原体的能力降低. Ambient temperature is an important factor affecting the immunity of animals.To investigate the effect of cold stress on immune function,18 adult male Djungarian hamsters(Phodopus sungoris)were randomly divided into the warm temperature group(n=10,20±1℃) and the cold group(n=8),which the temperature in the latter group decreased gradually to 4℃.Phytohaemagglutinin(PHA)response was used to indicate the cellular immunity.We found that body mass and body fat mass were lower in the cold group than that in the warm group.Cold temperature had no effect on spleen and thymus wet mass,and the number of white blood cells.However,cold stress decreased PHA response post-24 h of PHA injection,indicating its suppressive effect on cellular immunity.No correlation was observed between PHA responses and body fat mass,implying that lower body fat mass in the cold group might not account for the suppression of cellular immunity.In summary,distinct immune components responded differently to cold stress.
