摘要
以铁棍山药为原料,选用超声波辅助工艺提取山药多糖.通过对提取时间、提取温度、提取功率及料液比进行单因素分析,采用正交实验探究最优工艺.结果表明,最优工艺条件为:提取时间为50 min,提取温度为70℃,提取功率为480 W,料液比(质量体积比)为1∶30.所得山药多糖对羟自由基有一定的清除作用.
The polysaccharide was extracted from Chinese yam by ultrasonic-assisted technology.After single factor analysis on theextracting time,extraction temperature,extraction power and solid-liquid ratio,the orthogonal experiment was carried out to explore the optimal process.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time of 50 min,extraction temperature of 70℃,extraction power of 480 W and the ratio of solid to liquid(mass to volume)of 1:30.The obtained yam polysaccharide had certain scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radicals.
