摘要 基于Geomagic软件对螺旋桨叶片进行逆向设计,采用特征点粗拼合+曲率精拼合的方法完成点云处理;分别采用刷取法、曲线法进行模型重建;比较了两种方法重建的模型与点云、实物的误差情况;最后给出两种模型重建方法的优缺点及适用性。提出两步拼合法,针对两种重建模型方法的比较对曲面零件的逆向设计具有指导意义。 The reverse design of propeller blade was carried out based on Geomagic software.The point cloud was merged by the method of feature points plus curvature,the model by brush method and curve method were reconstructed respectively,the error situation of the model reconstructed by the two methods was compared with the point cloud and the real object,finally the advantages and disadvantages of the two model reconstruction methods and their applicability were gave.The two-step assembly method and the comparison of the two reconstruction methods are of great significance to the reverse design of curved parts.
