摘要 利用HyperMesh软件建立包括焊缝在内的某转向架焊接构架的实体有限元模型,采用美国ASME标准中《网格不敏感的结构应力法及主S-N曲线法》,分析计算构架焊缝上的应力集中和焊缝的疲劳损伤,实现了转向架焊接构架危险焊缝位置预测,并对危险焊缝采用焊趾改善技术,大幅降低了焊缝疲劳损伤,有效提高了其抗疲劳能力。 In this paper,the solid finite element model of a bogie frame including welds is established by using HyperMesh software.Based on the mesh-insensitive structural stress method and main S-N curve method in ASME standard,the stress concentration on the frame welds and the fatigue damage of the welds are analyzed and calculated.The dangerous weld position prediction of bogie welded frame is realized,and the weld toe improvement technology is adopted for the dangerous weld,so that the weld fatigue damage is reduced substantially,so as to effectively improve its anti-fatigue capability.
