摘要
北京丰台站改建工程站房主体采用劲性钢结构,承重柱多为钢管混凝土柱,采用C60自密实混凝土浇筑。通过施工工艺优选,对混凝土脱空缺陷进行有效预防。由于钢管混凝土柱数量多,考虑施工便利性、经济性,采用高位抛落法施工。施工结束后对钢管混凝土柱进行缺陷检测,结果表明采用高位抛落法施工的混凝土密实性较好。
The main structure of Beijing Fengtai Railway Station reconstruction project is stiffened steel structure, and most of the load-bearing columns are concrete filled steel tube columns, and are poured with C60 self-compacting concrete. Through the optimization of the construction process, the concrete void defects can be effectively prevented. Due to the large number of concrete filled steel tube columns, considering the convenience and economy of construction, the high-position drop method is adopted for construction. After the completion of the construction, the defect detection of the concrete filled steel tube columns was carried out, and the detection results show that the concrete constructed by the high-position drop method has better compactness.
