新型大跨径钢管混凝土劲性骨架箱拱设计与施工 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统劲性骨架法在施工时存在的安全性和稳定性问题,以G352国道(正安段)净跨200 m上承式钢管混凝土劲性骨架箱拱渔塘特大桥为例,结合新型劲性骨架箱拱同时具备的两个要素:强劲骨架设计思路和劲性骨架带拱肋底板吊装施工工艺,阐述新型大跨径钢管混凝土劲性骨架箱拱的设计与施工。与传统劲性骨架箱拱相比,新型钢管混凝土劲性骨架箱拱不仅简化施工加载程序,缩短施工工期,而且降低施工风险。特别是,带底板劲性骨架合龙的施工新工艺,进一步解决了传统浇筑拱箱底板混凝土过程中骨架的稳定安全系数小的问题,同时加快了施工进度。 In view of the safety and stability problems existing in the construction of the traditional rigid frame method,taking Yutang super large bridge with 200 m clear span deck steel tube concrete rigid frame box arch of national highway G352(Zheng’an section)as an example,combined with the two elements of the new rigid frame box arch:the design idea of the strong frame and the lifting construction technology of the rigid frame bottom plate with arch rib,this paper describes the design and construction of a new type of long-span concrete-filled steel tubular rigid frame box arch.Compared with the traditional rigid frame box arch,the new steel tube concrete rigid frame box arch not only simplifies the construction loading procedure,shortens the construction period,but also reduces the construction risk.In particular,the new construction technology of rigid skeleton closure with bottom plate further solves the problem of small stability and safety factor of skeleton in the traditional process of pouring arch box bottom plate concrete,and speeds up the construction progress.
