摘要
梳理在线健康社区评价指标体系研究现状,阐述在线健康社区用户体验评价指标体系构建方法及评价过程,就优化在线健康社区用户体验提出相关建议,包括完善各类功能服务、加强资源内容建设、改善用户交互性体验等。
The paper summarizes the study status of online health community evaluation index system,expounds the construction method and evaluation process of user experience evaluation index system for online health community,and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the user experience of online health community,including perfecting all kinds of functional services,strengthening the construction of resource content,improving the interactive experience of users,etc.
