Analysis on User Satisfaction of Online Health Information Service Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

摘要 【目的/意义】在线健康信息服务是公众获取健康信息并提升其健康素养的重要渠道,本文旨在探索在线健康信息服务用户满意度的综合评估问题。【方法/过程】采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价模型相结合的思路,对423名信息用户施测,进行满意度的实证分析。【结果/结论】构建出一套量化的用户满意度评价指标体系,确定各级指标权重,并进一步建立用户满意度模糊综合评价模型。案例分析表明该方法具有一定的实践价值,为当前评价和改进健康信息服务质量提供了借鉴和参考。 【Purpose/significance】Online health information service is an important way for the public to obtain health information and improve their health literacy.The purpose of this paper is to explore the comprehensive evaluation of user satisfaction in online health information service.【Method/process】Using the combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model, testing 423 information users to make an empirical analysis of satisfaction.【Result/conclusion】A set of quantitative evaluation index system of user satisfaction is constructed, and the weight of index at all levels is determined, and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model of user satisfaction is further established.The case analysis shows that this method has certain practical value and provides a reference for the current evaluation and improvement of health information service quality.
