摘要 “食品微生物技术”是食品类专业基础课。从建立课程思政工作体系、教学体系和内容体系,开发课程思政资源库等探索课程思政逻辑进路,同时对食品微生物技术课程建设了以中华优秀传统茶文化为特色的,集视频、图书、实物等立体化的“数字资源+实物场景”课程思政资源库。探索了思政教育融入课堂教学、社会实践、微生物赛项的模式与方法,实现了思政教育润物无声有效渗透的目标。 Food microbiology technology is a basic course for common majors in food.This article explores the course ideological and political logic approach from establishing the curriculum ideological and political work system,teaching system and content system,developing the curriculum ideological and political resource library,etc.At the same time,it builds a video on the food microbiological technology course featuring the excellent traditional Chinese tea culture.A three-dimensional"digital resources+physical scene"course ideological and political resource library for books,objects,etc.It explored the mode and method of integrating ideological and political education into classroom teaching,social practice,microbiology competitions and achieved the goal of silent and effective penetration of ideological and political education.
