摘要
为了脱除贵州某中高品位钙镁质磷矿中的MgO杂质,以满足后续加工的要求,针对矿样进行了脱镁反浮选试验。通过反浮选1次粗选工艺流程试验,获得了P_(2)O_(5)品位为33.06%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率为93.07%、MgO质量分数为0.75%的磷精矿指标。通过测定白云石及与捕收剂WF-04作用后的白云石的Zeta电位和红外光谱,对WF-04与白云石的作用机理进行了分析,结果表明,WF-04在白云石表面的吸附主要为化学吸附,另有少量的物理吸附。
In order to remove the MgO impurity from a medium to high grade and calcium-magnesium bearing phosphate rock in Guizhou to meet the subsequent processing requirements,reverse flotation tests with one rougher for removal of magnesium from the ore sample were carried out.The results show that the phosphate concentrate con-taining 33.06%P 2O 5 and 0.75%MgO can be obtained with P_(2)O_(5) recovery of 93.07%.The function of collector WF-04 on dolomite was studied by means of infrared spectroscopy analysis and upon determination of Zeta potential on the dolomite.The results indicated that the chemical adsorption of the collector WF-04 on the surface of dolomite is dominated in addition to a handful of physical adsorption.
