马边某磷精矿提质降杂浮选试验

The Flotation Experiment on Improving Quality and Reducing Impurity of a Phosphorus Concentrate from Mabian County

摘要 丁家湾某选矿厂的反浮选磷精矿P_(2)O_(5)含量为27.63%,杂质成分MgO、SiO_(2)含量分别为1.64%和15.52%,主要脉石矿物有石英和白云石,细粒级明显含泥。为了获得更好的经济效益,开展了脱泥—浮选工艺提质降杂研究。结果表明,试样以碳酸钠为调整剂,KYY-2为抑制剂,KYB-1为捕收剂,通过1次脱泥1次浮选流程处理,可获得P2O5品位31.85%、回收率61.75%的高品位磷精矿,及P_(2)O_(5)品位22.76%、回收率38.25%的中品位磷精矿,高品位磷精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位提升4.22个百分点,MgO含量降低0.53个百分点,SiO_(2)含量降低8.80个百分点,达到了较好的提质降杂增效效果。 In the reverse flotation phosphorus concentrate of a Dressing Plant in Dingjiawan,the content of P_(2)O_(5) is 27.63%,and the content of impurities MgO and SiO_(2) are 1.64% and 15.52%,respectively.The main gangue minerals are quartz and dolomite,and the fine size obviously contains mud.In order to obtain better economic benefits by improving quality and reducing impurity,desliming and flotation process was studied.The results showed that high grade phosphorus concentrate with P_(2)O_(5) grade of 31.85% and recovery rate of 61.75% and medium grade phosphorus concentrate with P_(2)O_(5) grade of 22.76% and recovery rate of 38.25% can be obtained with sodium carbonate as modifier,KYY-2 as inhibitor and KYB-1 as collector through one desliming and one flotation process.In the high grade phosphate concentrate,the P_(2)O_(5) grade increased by 4.22 percentage points and the MgO content decreased by 0.53 percentage points,and the SiO_(2) content decreased by 8.80 percentage,achieving a good effect of improving quality,reducing impurity and increasing efficiency.
