摘要 随着厚板主轧线生产节奏的不断提高,冷床逐渐成为制约生产效率提升的瓶颈。主要介绍为加快冷床自动上料效率而开发的一种自动识别轧制大板长度并可以自动组板上料的方法,同时针对单重大且长度短的轧制大板,为避免轧制大板在冷床本体上偏于一侧,造成负载不平衡的问题,开发一种轧制大板居中上料的功能,该功能上线实施后,有效地提高了冷床的上料效率,并实现冷床本体负载均衡分布,有效地提高了冷床的自动化运用水平。 With the continuous improvement of the production pacing of the main rolling line of heavy plate,the cold bed has gradually become the bottleneck of restricting the improvement of production efficiency.This paper mainly introduced in order to quicken the efficiency of cooling bed automatic feeding,automatic identification of rolled plate length and can be set automatically feeding method,at the same time for heavy and the length of the short of rolled plate,in order to avoid rolled plates on the body of the cold bed biased to one side,and load imbalance problem,a function of rolled plates in the middle feeding was developed.After this function is used,the feeding efficiency of the cold bed was improved effectively,and realized the load balance distribution of the cold bed,the automatic application level of cold bed was improved effectively.
