摘要
目的:探讨养阴天香丹对冠心病阴虚证患者的血管内皮功能影响。方法:选取符合标准的冠心病患者共60例,通过随机数表法将其分为2组,每组各30例。对照组采用标准冠心病二级预防药物治疗,试验组是在常规西药治疗基础上,加用养阴天香丹口服,疗程1个月。分别比较2组患者治疗前后血清一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮素(ET-1)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平变化情况、心绞痛发作的频率、时间改变及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为76.66%,对照组有效率为63.33%,且养阴天香丹可显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状,提高生存质量;治疗后,2组患者血清ET-1水平及vWF水平均较前迷你那降低,而NO水平升高。对其进行组间对比,ET-1及NO改变具有统计学差异,vWF变化2组差异不大,无统计学差异。结论:养阴天香丹可有效改善冠心病阴虚证患者临床症状及血管内皮功能,提高生活质量,是改善心肌缺血的有效药物。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yangyin Tianxiang Pill on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease with Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease meeting the criteria were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard secondary prevention drugs for coronary heart disease,and the test group was treated with conventional Western medicine,plus Yangyin Tianxiang Dan for oral treatment for 1 month.The changes in serum levels of nitric oxide (NO),vascular endothelin (ET-1),von Willebrand factor (vWF),frequency and time of angina pectoris,and the improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 76.66%,and the effective rate in the control group was 63.33%.Yangyin Tianxiang Dan can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and improve the quality of life;after treatment,the serum ET-1 levels and vWF of the two groups The level is lower than the previous mini,and the NO level is higher.Comparing them between groups,the changes of ET-1 and NO were statistically different,and the changes of vWF between the two groups were not significantly different,and there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:Yangyin Tianxiang Dan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and vascular endothelial function of patients with coronary heart disease with Yin deficiency syndrome,and improve the quality of life.It is an effective drug for improving myocardial ischemia.
