摘要
齿盘式机械剪切空化器具有空化强度大、空化率高等优点。文中自建齿盘式空化器试验装置,通过试验与数值模拟相结合的方法研究进转速、进料流量以及处理时间对齿间空化性能的影响。模拟表明:空化率随动齿盘转速、进料流量、处理时间等操作参数的增加而增加。在试验中,利用亚甲基蓝溶液捕捉空化所产生的羟基的质量浓度来反应空化器的空化性能。结果表明:通过改变上述操作参数,羟基质量浓度显著提高。此外,在相同的处理时间且进料流量小的情况下,发现齿盘式空化器所产生的羟基质量浓度比文秋里管产生的羟基质量浓度要高,说明空化性能要比文丘里管要好。
The toothed-disc cavitator has the advantages of high cavitation strength and high cavitation rate.The influence of the feed speed,flow rate and time on the cavitation performance of the manufactured toothed-disc cavitator was investigated experimentally and numerically.The simulation results show that the cavitation rate increases with the increase of the parameters such as the rotating speed,the flow rate and the time.In the experiment,the cavitation performance was studied by capturing the mass concentration of hydroxyl produced by cavitation in methylene blue solution.The results show that the mass concentration of hydroxyl group increases by increasing the values of the above parameters.In addition,the mass concentration of hydroxyl generated by the toothed-disc cavitator is higher than that of the venturi tube at the same treatment time and low flow rate,indicating that the cavitation performance is higher than that of the venturi tube.
