齿盘剪切空化器内空化过程数值模拟研究 被引量:4

Numerical Simulation Study on the Cavitation in a Shearing Cavitation Device with Toothed Discs

摘要 齿盘剪切空化器通过高速旋转能产生强烈的空化现象。齿盘剪切空化器内的流场及空化过程复杂,对齿间的空化行为及空化特性是该领域的难点和重点。采用Zwart空化模型对齿盘剪切空化器内空化过程进行数值模拟。结果显示,剪切盘齿间空化现象是离心力与机械剪切力的交替作用的结果。齿盘剪切空化器内的空化在整个盘间呈多点分布,且分布均匀,空化强度高,累积空化体积大。空化泡产生区域面积占比随齿盘旋转时间变化呈正弦曲线变化的规律。这对就齿盘剪切空化机理的探索、开发设计和应用具有重要意义。 The shearing cavitation device with toothed discs can produce a huge cavitation phenomenon through high speed rotation. The flow field and cavitation process in the shearing cavitation device with toothed discs are complex. Cavitation behavior and cavitation characteristics in the intertooth have always been the key problem in the field. The Zwart cavitation model is used to simulate the cavitation flow field in gear zone in a multi-layer rotor-stator gear shearing disc. It is concluded that the cavitation in the intertooth of toothed discs is the result of the alternating action of the centrifugal force and the mechanical shearing force. The cavitation in the tooth disc shearing cavitator is distributed in multiple points; The distribution is uniform; The cavitation intensity is high; The cumulative cavitation volume fraction is large. The area occupation ratio of the corresponding cavitation bubble varies with a sinusoidal curve with the change of the rotation time of the shearing discs.
