摘要
幼儿教师的专业素养直接影响幼儿教育质量。拓宽乡镇幼儿教师专业发展路径是提高乡镇幼儿教师专业素养、发展乡镇学前教育质量的重要举措。笔者以肇庆市为例进行调研,分析乡镇幼儿专业发展需求及专业发展困境,探寻乡镇幼儿教师专业发展工作坊的重要性及可行性、工作坊的构成及工作坊线上线下混合研修的有效运行模式。
The professional quality of preschool teachers directly affects the quality of early childhood education and so strengthening the professional development of township preschool teachers is an important measure to improve the professional quality of township preschool teachers and develop the quality of preschool education in towns.The paper takes Zhaoqing City as an example to analyze the professional development difficulties of township preschool education major and explore the importance and feasibility of professional workshops of preschool teachers in the township,the composition of the workshop and the effective operation mode of mixed online and offline training of the workshop.
